Our Story
Founded and operated as Artistic Holistic in Salisbury, MD, We provided music and art therapy, as well as classes for the DD/ID population. In 2012, We began our journey with Self-Directed Services, then known as "New Directions," as a small Support Brokerage, Our success and increased interest in Self-Directed Services led us to establish Eastern Shore Brokers, a team of professionals providing support brokerage services for SDS participants on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Since then, Our Brokerage has grown alongside the number of self-directed individuals in Maryland. Our involvement in state-wide advocacy has allowed us to assist individuals in different areas of the state. The team of brokers has grown to serve not just the Eastern Shore but also SDS individuals in other regions of Maryland. In 2021, We formed ESB Of MD, Inc. to continue providing support brokerage services while adding exciting new training and learning opportunities for those we serve.
